Dictionary .NET is a tiny, easy and intuitive multilingual dictionary translating from/to English, French, German, Italian, Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Hindi, Dutch, Finnish, Hebrew, Czech, Greek, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Thai, Arabic languages.

A standalone tool that does not require installation.

Supports RealAudio (.ra) files decoding (see RealAudio files). To be able to decode RealAudio (.ra) files you need to install Real Player or Real Alternative. Program won´t work in parallel with .ra files, though.
Can convert multiple files in parallel by taking full advantage of multi-core CPU (see Parallel processing).
